* Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
* Please submit a ticket within 60 days of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
Please note that if you purchase multiple categories of goods with the express delivery, shipping charge may increase.
During peak sale season, the delivery time of your package(s) may take a little bit longer. Thanks for your patience. Please go to "my orders track" to track your order.

How To Request a Return?
1. Go to our email and fill out the order information and reason for request of refund...
2. We will send you an email to let you know if your item/s is/are eligible for the return or not. In case that the item is eligible for the return, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.
3. The refund will proceed after we receive the product successfully and inspected the return product.
4. The refund will be available in your original payment method which is your debit or credit cards.
Please note that the refund amount will not include the shipping cost.

Returns Policy:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please be aware that the shipping cost will not be included in your refund. However, Mohawk Gloves will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for your return.
If you would like to return an item, you must submit the return request at our email ( ) as soon as you decide to return it. You will then have 28 days from the shipping confirmation date to return your item.
All returned merchandise must meet the below requirements to be accepted for a refund :
• All items must be in original condition with original tags attached. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.
• Made-to-Order or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Accessories must have all parts of the original packaging. Accessories must remain vacuum - sealed if it comes in sealed packaging.
All orders using a gift card, promotion codes, seasonal or sale items also cannot be returned or exchanged.
We prioritize the hygienics for our customer, so certain items can’t be returned for refunds including:
• Items without original tags attached.
• Gloves + Coat + Leather products if opened, used or tags are not intact.
Our staffs will inspect every return items. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, washed or in an unsuitable condition, we will not be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (You will have to take responsibility for the delivery costs).
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds Policy:

We will notify you by email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
The whole process will be around 45 days for you to receive the refund. We will first inspect the item and approve your refund in 3-5 days after receiving the item. After that you will receive the notification letting you know that the refund was approved. We will forward this to our payment gateway. The refund will be available for you in your original payment method.

Please note that we will not refund for the shipping cost.
